42Floors is revolutionizing the way people find office space. We're seeking competitive, creative, and driven biz dev reps to help us continue our rapid growth.


Responsibilities

  • You're on our front-line team making outbound calls to companies searching for office space.
  • You will handle 100% inbound requests, making 40-60 calls per day. No cold calling! Hooray!
  • Send necessary follow-up emails, set meetings, and document all activities in our CRM.
  • You must be able to communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and be able to manage long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Meet and exceed performance objectives on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • You are a recent college graduate with 0-2 years of sales/biz dev experience hoping to join a rapidly growing startup. 
  • Hoping to grow quickly and expect to be promoted to an account executive in 3-6 months.
  • Competitive, high-energy, with a strong desire achieve results. 
  • Willing to tackle new projects and challenges every day.
  • A great communicator and listener on the phone and through email.
  • Ready to learn the commercial real estate industry inside and out.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
