Job Description
42Floors is revolutionizing the way people find office space. We're seeking competitive, creative, and driven biz dev reps to help us continue our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- You're on our front-line team making outbound calls to companies searching for office space.
- You will handle 100% inbound requests, making 40-60 calls per day. No cold calling! Hooray!
- Send necessary follow-up emails, set meetings, and document all activities in our CRM.
- You must be able to communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and be able to manage long-term, high-value relationships.
- Meet and exceed performance objectives on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- You are a recent college graduate with 0-2 years of sales/biz dev experience hoping to join a rapidly growing startup.
- Hoping to grow quickly and expect to be promoted to an account executive in 3-6 months.
- Competitive, high-energy, with a strong desire achieve results.
- Willing to tackle new projects and challenges every day.
- A great communicator and listener on the phone and through email.
- Ready to learn the commercial real estate industry inside and out.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
