- Manage AE Team
- Onboard new AE's.
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with AE's.
- Drive additional revenue from AE's.
- Get on calls with AE's for training purposes.
- Help AE's close deals.
- Provide ongoing training.
- Recruit, interview, and hire AE's. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
