Broker Buddha has a Enterprise Sales Director position for someone who can build deep relationships quickly while exceeding sales targets

What you’ll be doing: Reporting directly to the CRO at Broker Buddha, you develop, nurture and expand relationships with the top 50 insurance agencies around the country to help them grow their business using our software.


Responsibilities

  • Engaging, educating and selling to the top 50 agencies in the US
  • Managing software rollouts and expansions to additional offices
  • Developing case studies and best practice guidelines for large enterprises
  • Reporting quarterly on client activity and demonstrating value created
  • Collaborating with other Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling to large enterprises
  • Experience selling Software (ideally Saas)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Love building businesses and teams
  • Self-motivated, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
