Job Description

Your role: Are you passionate about technology and high-growth startups? Are you a proven strategic thinker and effective communicator? Eager to make a difference and build a business? What you’ll be doing: Reporting directly to the CE(, your day-to-day will be to train/onboard/and provide support to our quickly growing list of clients.


Responsibilities

  • Working with our sales team to onboard new clients
  • Testing new functionality and providing product feedback
  • Liaising with a team of offshore developers to review their work and implement changes
  • Working closely with our Technology team to resolve customer issues & meet deadlines
  • Testing product, filing bugs, finding solutions, working with developers
  • Clearly communicating with team members and customers across various channels
  • Collaborating with other Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a similar role Love of technology Experience with product testing Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills Self-motivated, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit Insurance industry knowledge desired
