Responsibilities

  • We are looking to hire amazing sales professionals to join our growing team. BuildingConnected is the largest and fastest growing provider of pre-construction solutions for the commercial construction industry in the country.

  • In under four years, BuildingConnected has grown to provide services to over 3000 General Contractors “GCs” and 200,000 Subcontractors. These companies rely on us every day to drive their business. GCs bid through our network to Subcontractors, and subcontractors receive and respond to these bids through BuildingConnected. In May 2018, over $150B in project value was bid through our network.

  • Every week over 1000 Subcontractors join our network. Account Executives follow up on qualified leads of Subcontractors who already rely on our free product to drive revenue. Our sales team targets active prospects with calls and emails to help them map their current process onto our platform. The value is simple, we help them win more business. Our construction network helps create a flywheel effect to grow our business and provides our sales team an ​unfair competitive advantage ​because​ ​Subcontractors are already using our free product. We know of no other B2B SaaS software company in a multi trillion dollar market where adoption is driven through the core usage of the platform, and a network effect provides an unmatched competitive advantage.

  • Create value with prospects through demos and solution selling to drive deals

  • Follow-up with qualified sales leads driven through in app trials and engagement metrics

  • Effectively manage a large pipeline of prospects and trials using salesforce.com and outreach.io


Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year of full-cycle sales experience
  • You’re comfortable selling on the phone in a fast paced environment
  • You were top of the leader board as an SDR or in your previous sales role/s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Outreach.io or construction experience a plus
