Job Description

Chatkit, a pioneer of Mobile Marketing Automation, delivers AI-powered messaging experiences that enable its customers, who include some of the most innovative e-commerce brands in the world, to drive revenue by growing and retaining dedicated audiences on messaging channels like Facebook Messenger and SMS. Chatkit’s personalized, data-driven conversations enable marketers to drive performance with measurable, ROI-focused campaigns that will complement their other marketing efforts throughout the funnel.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative. You will work closely with our Head of Sales to build our inside sales practice. You will also coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design to bridge the gap between product and market.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers for our software platform
  • High volume emails, linkedin, and call outreach to drive customer meetings for your Account Executive partner with C-Level and VP-level executives at leading mid market to enterprise level ecommerce companies
  • Learn and aid in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing
  • BDRs can progress to account executive roles or other roles at the company
