Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the top line growth of our largest and most complex clients, ensuring that they continue to grow with ClearCompany in order to achieve Talent Success within their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the sales process for cross-platform expansions for your book of business in our Mid Market segment including contract negotiation, closing opportunities and developing relationships within leadership at our client organizations.
  • Meeting with clients to understand their challenges/strategic initiatives and how we can assist in their growth within our platform while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services long term.
  • Creating a close partnership with our Customer Success Management team
  • Initiating and driving campaigns

Requirements

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in consultative sales processes and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota expectations
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Are organized and process-oriented, but able to adapt to change
  • Thrive off of problem solving and excel at crafting solutions, then seeing them through from start to finish
  • Have previous experience in SaaS
  • Sandler or similar sales training is a plus
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English
  • Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
  • Ability to forge relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work with and maintain a sense of urgency
