Sales Development Representative
Founded in 2014, CodeSignal (formerly CodeFights) is the first company to develop an objective automated skills-based assessment platform that can be used as a standard for technical recruiters and employers. The CodeSignal’s Machine Learning algorithm has analyzed terabytes of skill assessment data to develop the Coding Score, which is a predictor of a developer’s coding and problem-solving ability, and technical interview performance.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our small and fast-moving team. As an SDR, you will be the first contact a prospect has with CodeSignal regarding using our products. You will connect with prospects to figure out if they are a good fit for the platform and work closely with Account Executives to close deals. This is an opportunity to be a part of a very fast growing sales team and learn all the best practices of software sales from an experienced sales leader.
- 1 year of full-time corporate sales experience (software sales is a plus)
- Experience in a team environment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
