Job Description

You will be responsible for shaping our BDR strategy while leading a diverse team of BDRs in reporting into the Head of Sales - America.


Responsibilities

  • Set the business development priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Define processes and procedures for the growing team of BDRs
  • Drive adoption of a continuously improve the successful utilization of tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach and Gong
  • Provides directional leadership for a fast growing team of BDRs
  • Lead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs
  • Consistently meets/exceeds outline individual and team metrics (quarterly and annually)
  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies
  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition
  • Develop strong social selling strategies and training for new and existing business development reps -Encourage and motivate employees daily and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth trajectory

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment
  • Consistent track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or as an outbound BDR/SDR
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Outreach (or equivalent), LinkedIn, Gong.io (or equivalent)
  • An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working with all department leaders
  • Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
  • Experience leading a team of business development reps in consistently meeting goals
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively hiring and motivating team members
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment
