CompStakĀ® is the world's first comprehensive database of commercial deal information (comps). Brokers exchange the comps they have at hand, for the specific comps they need.

Residential real estate websites gather home sales comps from public records. In commercial real estate most deals are leases, and there has been no public record for lease comps . . . until now. In addition to lease comps, we now offer commercial sales comps, which allows for complete property insight.

Responsibilities

  • Crush your quarterly and annual quotas
  • Generate your own list of prospects and leads from the CRE industry
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity to close
  • Use email marketing tools, conferences and phone calls to fill up your calendar with appointments
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team and the company
  • Maintain a well honed process for managing your activities, pipeline and forecast with Salesforce
  • Provide input to help develop the sales process and create engaging tools to capture the imagination of prospective clients
  • Be prepared to travel
  • Eat free CompStak food, drink at the CompStak bar, play with the CompStak dogs and roll in piles of commission dollars.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years experience selling CRE tech or data.
  • You are a hunter.
  • You are DRIVEN. You've achieved big things, and you inspire others to do the same.
  • You're a DOER. You don't wait for direction. If something needs to be done, you do it.
  • You're a TEAM PLAYER. You are confident, but not cocky. You credit others for their efforts, and never point fingers.
  • You're SMART. You think on your feet and bring creative solutions to complicated problems. You know you can take CompStak to the next level.
  • You want your coworkers to be your friends, and you're not afraid to dominate them in ping-pong, foosball or darts.
