Director of Enterprise Sales (Hospitals and Health Systems)

We've been first to market with leading reputation management and patient acquisition services including ProfileSync, ProfilePromote, SiteEnhance, ReviewRequest, and the ReviewHub, which was recently the subject of a case study by Google Enterprise. All services connect to a proprietary network of leading consumer health and local business sites that collectively reach over 100M patients monthly, giving our clients an unfair advantage in their online marketing.


  • Lead a growing sales and account management team focused on driving rapid growth
  • Pursue, manage and close business as the most experienced, capable member of the sales team
  • Help formulate and lead execution of a strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the sales team, including mentoring, coaching & development to drive quota attainment
  • Monitor and exceed performance against company sales targets
  • Help to establish clear, customer-oriented value propositions for the product offerings, in close collaboration with other parts of the organization including Product, Engineering and Marketing
  • Continuous improvement; ensure that all sales activities (sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, customer account reviews, etc.) are efficient, effective and scalable


  • 5+ years of complex, enterprise level selling experience with personal and direct responsibility for revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation skills, unquestionable integrity, and confidence at all phases of the selling cycle from need creation, discovery calls, collaborative proposal development and negotiation to deal closure
  • Ability to create and present to a diverse audience and adapt selling style appropriately
  • Poise and strong business acumen with demonstrated experience selling enterprise solutions to C-level executives
  • “Grinder” mentality and ability to work in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills ability and desire to set the tone and culture of our growing sales team
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to present confidently
  • Experience selling Enterprise marketing solutions to Hospitals and Health Systems highly preferred
  • A strong command and knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem preferred
