Job Description

Doctor.com is looking for a key hire who will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer success as we rapidly scale our client base. As an Account Manager, you’re responsible for keeping our clients engaged and excited through reinforcing the value of our product. You will maintain close and frequent contact with clients, strengthen rapport, and empower them to benefit from our service.

Your primary objective is maintaining and growing the revenue of the clients in your book of business. We’re looking for someone who is fearless on the phone – our ideal candidate enjoys the thrill of closing deals, but prefers strategic conversations to cold-calling.

In this role, growth potential is high if you’re willing to work hard. We’re still early enough that you can play a meaningful part in defining the company’s future, but far enough along for you to be confident that you’re joining a winning team (proven revenue model, thousands of paying clients, best product in the market, etc). Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a customer facing role (startup, healthcare, SaaS experience a strong plus)

  • Prior sales experience

  • Comfortable with and excited to work in a startup environment

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) a plus
