Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for closing sales targeting financial services firms and corporate clients. Initially, the Enterprise Account Executive also will share responsibility for prospecting; as our organization grows, s/he will be focused solely on closing leads created for them by our sales development organization. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, who can hit the ground running to meet and exceed sales targets. Enterprise Account Executives may develop into managers as company and team needs grow.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, presenting to, and closing new clients
Lead in person sales presentations, as well as webinars and product demonstrations over the phone
Ensure effective tracking of sales progress and regularly evaluate any bottlenecks in the sales process
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies

Requirements

At least 2 years of enterprise sales experience, including specific examples of developing sales that took an organization to the next stage of growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator
Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
Excellence in the ability to set and achieve strategic objectives
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial and adaptable
Fast-acting, self-directed, high-integrity
Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
On Target Earnings: $215,000 - $240,000
