Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for researching investment professionals who might be interested in our product and making initial contact with those potential leads. S/he will serve as the front line in our customer engagement efforts, with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. Sales Development Representatives are focused on contacting the right people, at the right time, with the right message, ultimately providing our sales team with more qualified opportunities to win business.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, generate and qualify new clients
  • Initiate relationships with customers
  • Engage with financial institutions of varying size and complexity
  • Help to build sales pipeline and architect our sales process
  • Represent Earnest in a highly professional manner in all interactions

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ready to interact with prospective customers all day, every day, both on the phone and via email
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient in managing multiple projects at once
  • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Eager to learn about the world of finance and asset management
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
  • On Target Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Stock Options Available
