Job Description

Eden Health provides simple, tech-enabled primary care sold directly to employers. Our users enjoy immediate access to care over the Eden Health app, in our private clinics, and directly in their offices. Our model has transformed healthcare from an unpleasant necessity to a delightful experience focused on improving the lives of patients. The proof is in the outcomes, companies have a healthier workforce, increased productivity, and reduces their healthcare costs by $1,600 per employee per year.

We are looking for high-energy, driven, and intellectually curious sales professionals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of patients and are excited about working at a startup. You will be responsible for selling five and six figure plus contracts into the Finance and Human Resources organizations of employers. You will have substantial resources to support you including a team of business development representatives and the direct attention of the executive team. The work environment is collaborative with a heavy emphasis on technology and creativity to improve processes and supercharge the output of the sales team. Empowered with these resources, you will then have significant autonomy in bringing your opportunities through the pipeline and to closed-won.

As a small and quickly growing sales team, you will be an important part in building our sales engine. We will look to you to understand our market and find creative ways to engage our potential customers, to refine our sales tactics, and to amplify our message to employers. We want people who will go above and beyond to find opportunities for Eden Health to expand. We want sales professionals who want to work hard, and get compensated extremely well for doing so.


Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunities provided by Eden Health’s team of Business Development Representatives
  • Proactively find new opportunities in Eden Health’s ideal account profile
  • Collaborate with Eden Health’s customer success team to transition new customers onto the platform
  • Manage and grow connections with insurance brokers and consultants, leveraging these relationships towards high-value and strategic customer growth
  • Set aggressive goals and achieve them
  • Thrive with the support of your teammates and the company's executive team

Requirements
