Job Description

ELM is a learning agency with offices in New York and San Diego. We work with all types of enterprise clients including Google, Facebook, Apple, Godiva, and Estée Lauder.

We hire passionate people and offer a positive, collaborative, unbeatable place to work. ELM is looking for a New York-based sales development representative (SDR) to generate qualified enterprise opportunities for the sales team.

ELM offers a direct career path to enterprise account executive (EAE) for high-performing SDRs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities • Build a pipeline of leads through emails, calls, etc. • Identify and qualify high value leads • Set qualified appointments for EAEs • Maintain lead and opportunity information in SalesforceQualifications • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication • Exceptional emotional intelligence and personal confidence demonstrated • Demonstrated capability to learn, coupled with self-initiative • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

• ~1 year of previous SDR or sales related experience • Experience in the Learning & Development industry preferred
