The Consumer Operations team strives to develop the best possible methods to ensure quality assurance for all customer purchases. The Consumer Operations Associate owns and manages the order fulfillment process from start to finish. This individual will place orders, track order progress, and ensure that customers receive orders in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain customer Purchase Orders
Act thoughtfully in response to customer related inquiries
Troubleshoot and seek solutions to problems
Directly work with Customer Experience team to ensure customers are notified about order changes
Ensure delivery times are honored in accordance to sales
Assist with shipping logistics including receiving packages and packing boxes
Work closely with other departments to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Perform data calculations to determine discounts and percentages
Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Create efficiencies for the systems in place

Requirements

College degree
Obsessive attention to detail
Desire to take ownership of tasks
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently without being closely managed
