Job Description

ForUsAll is the place and Sales Development Rep is the role to launch your sales career. You will be with a team of highly motivated, funny, educated, and dedicated CoCreators who are responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel. What does that mean? It means you are the front line who first talks to potential clients, helps them understand the value of our 401k solution, and gets them motivated to talk with our experienced Account Executives who close the deal.


Responsibilities

  • Stay intense and motivated to complete 100-120 calls per day.
  • Quickly learn what works and what doesn’t when engaging with potential clients in a cold call environment.
  • Adapt to ensure your rate of connecting with potential clients and setting a meeting with the Account Executive continues to increase.
  • Keep positive even during the days when it feels like no one is answering the phone or is just hanging up (positivity is contagious and helps the entire team!).
  • Listen and learn from every other role and department - we are series B which means you will have huge visibility into the inner workings of ForUsAll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Clear communication ability on the phone.
  • Deep desire to learn and grow as a sales professional
  • Ability to stay calm, consistent, and reliable in a high intensity environment
