Job Description

As our first Director of Enterprise Sales you will be an important part of building the foundation of the Frame.io sales organization. If you’re the right person then you are a driven and results oriented team leader, a passionate business builder, and a strategic thinker. You are an experienced manager that has developed and executed best-in-class sales processes. You know how to build and lead a team of sellers to deliver accountability and predictability. You thrive in ambiguity and change in a fast growing company with rapid product innovation in a transforming industry. You will be based out of our HQ in NYC and will report to the VP of Global Sales (based in SF).


Responsibilities

  • Building, developing and leading a team of enterprise sellers while fostering an environment for people to thrive
  • Consistently exceeding the team’s new business sales targets
  • Sales process creation and execution, such as sales playbooks
  • Pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
  • Providing leadership across sales the organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience including 3+ in a sales management role driving new business sales
  • 3+ years of experience selling at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience hiring and developing a sales team of talented and diverse individuals
  • Demonstrated experience developing successful sales processes and playbooks
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a high communication, team-first culture
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to create, analyze and manage sales and financial metrics
  • A strong sense of accountability and how to instill it across the team
  • A roll up your sleeves, be in the details and get things done mentality
  • Curiosity and the willingness to constantly test, iterate and evolve what we do in every aspect by constantly looking for a better way to do things.
  • Video or video production knowledge is a plus
