Sales Development Representative
GoodTime is the leading Interview Logistics Platform that uses AI and automation to help recruiting teams schedule complex interviews, scale interview training, and provide actionable metrics. Companies of all sizes are making interviews more effective and efficient with GoodTime.
At GoodTime we believe that technology can help reinvent the current scheduling workflow. GoodTime automates interview scheduling by matching the candidate with the proper set of interviewers to ensure that the best set of people are meeting for interviews.
You will help change the way companies like Airbnb and Stripe run their recruiting operations. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients who appear to be strong potential customers based on our market focus.
Compensation: • Base salary • Commission
- Lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and calling on Marketing campaign respondents and inbound leads
- Meeting monthly and quarterly leads objectives
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions
- Working with the field sales force to implement sales strategies
- Providing accurate weekly sales forecasts
