Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales and Customer Success Manager with a passion for selling and implementing innovative solutions at customer organizations. Your responsibilities include establishing the technical sales processes that drive growth, building long term client relationships and hiring, coaching and supervising new members to the team. As a Technical Sales and Customer Success Manager you should use your creativity and technical and sales knowledge to provide innovative ideas for business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Support National Accounts Manager with solution selling into customer account base
  • Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals and implementations
  • Driving first meeting presentations from a technical perspective, preparing demos that meet the client’s use cases and implementing those use cases at trials and proof of concepts
  • Creating and implementing the processed for stellar customer experiences pre and post sales
  • Provide system support and liaise customer requirements and defects to product management and R&D team
  • Create an implementation milestone pre and post sales pipeline and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Develop business development materials to aid sales – powerful customer presentations, case studies, website materials
  • Set, monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve client engagement and customer adoption
  • Hire, train and mentor new members to the team

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience as a Sales engineer or customer success engineer with enterprise class software products
  • Ability to present and engage with large groups in person or via phone/webex
  • Solid customer service attitude with the ability to switch tasks quickly to address customer needs
  • Strong communication, team management skills as well as cross disciplinary communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • BS/BA degree required
