Job Description

At HyperScience we bring AI to the enterprise. Our products help enterprises become more productive, efficient, and competitive by automating various types of office work and reducing bureaucratic burden both on businesses and their customers. We take a heterogeneous approach to AI, using a blend of what are traditionally considered different fields of ML: deep learning, computer vision, and NLP among others. HyperScience is seeking an accomplished sales professional to oversee and expand the Sales Development Team. We are looking for someone who has experience building out and owning this function at high-growth startups with Enterprise Level customers. This is a critical role that will help build the foundation of our company as we enter our next phase of growth.


Responsibilities

Create, develop and motivate a high performing Sales Development Team by mentoring, challenging, and developing Sales Development Representatives; Motivate team by supporting their individual and team growth and by celebrating their success and achievements; Provide positive feedback and celebrate SDR success; Provide corrective feedback to inspire team to stretch and perform their best Ensure SDRs consistently meet and exceed their monthly and quarterly targets. Accurately forecast Sales Qualified Leads each Quarter. Develop and implement quarterly business plans to achieve targeted Lead Generation goals and revenue targets set forth by Sales Vice President. - Demonstrate deep level of understanding of HyperScience book of business and current sales cycle. - Demonstrate a strong external focus including external industry involvement to influence direction and build HyperScience reputation in the vertical markets of Finance and Insurance. - Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback and apply clear, consistent performance standards aligned with sales goals. - Foster cooperation, communication and commitment among team; Encourage collaboration within and across organizational boundaries - Establish mechanism to ensure optimal level of teamwork by valuing contributions, and encouraging accountability; Anticipate and resolve conflicts and remove barriers to team’s success - Demonstrate commitment to the development and learning of team by providing resources and creating learning opportunities


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Inside Sales Teams
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
  • Experience guiding SDRs through a disciplined process to move prospects through pipeline toward SQL.
  • Experience developing own leads and prospecting for new business
  • Prior experience selling in one of the following industries is a plus: SaaS, BPO
