Sales Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Strategy: support the Sales Marketing Manager in developing B2B marketing plans to increase brand/product awareness, create up-sell/cross-sell campaigns and generate leads from new prospective customers; ensure all efforts are on-brand at all times
  • Campaign Execution: ensure all campaigns are delivered on-time, on-brand, measurable and in-budget. Coordinate lead-up work with extended marketing partners with proper time and clarity to ensure optimal performance
  • Marketing Automation: execute email campaigns, including copywriting, securing and loading graphics, assigning promotional and source tracking codes, developing forms for gated content, formatting email templates and tracking results
  • Content and Social Media Marketing: partner with extended team members to produce and deliver content that drives brand engagement and awareness
  • Digital: support all sales-related event/media website updates; ensure SEO, SEM, display, retargeting tactics are optimized and tracked
  • Sales Collateral: support Sales team with collateral requests for competitive or custom events, association activities, prospectuses, etc
  • Reporting: support Sales Marketing Manager with standard and ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication or related field
  • 18 months marketing experience required; B2B strongly preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities; work fluidly and effectively with team members to achieve goals -while keeping energy and camaraderie high
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong copywriting skills and eye for detail preferred
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 digital marketing disciplines including SEO/SEM/Display/retargeting, marketing automation, organic and paid social media, mobile marketing, Account-based marketing, lead scoring
  • Experience with formal job/ticket request system (eg: Jira, InMotion, Workfront, Asana) preferred
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Some travel required
