Job Description

The account executive position is responsible for successfully closing new clients each month by explaining the Instabot value proposition to inbound leads and gaining commitment to buy, primarily over the phone. Target clients will largely consist of small and medium sized SaaS businesses.  This position is based in New York, NY.


  • Your focus will be on targeting, prospecting and growing new relationships with young entrepreneurs as they build their mobile apps

  • Collaborate on programs for inbound / outbound emails, calls, and follow-ups

  • Represent Instabot at meetups and events

  • Onboard new customers (kickoff calls, demos, emails, and hand-holding through installation)

  • Be part of how we grow! Your understanding of our customers’ needs will position you to be the customer voice in our product roadmap discussions

  • Contribute to our support efforts (manage support tickets, answer questions, write help articles, and do pro-active account outreach)

  • Whatever else needs doing - we're a startup and wear multiple hats!
