Responsibilities

What we need your help with?

Intello is looking for a Sales Growth Lead to create, manage and run all the outbound prospecting at Intello. This position will include building a team out within the organization as the processes are built out. The ideal candidate is is passionate about being an individual sales contributor and is also interested in a training & managing others.

Things you'll do on a day to day basis:

  • Prospecting - build a pipeline through creative outreach to IT leaders at "tech-forward" organizations
  • Strategizing - strategize daily with our CEO, product team, and the rest of the company leadership on thoughtful outreach that can lead to higher conversion
  • Researching - exploring ways to automate lead generation by creating a best of breed sales stack
  • Learning - few companies have run a data-driven, product-focused sales process successfully at this stage of business. Every day you’ll learn more about our product, what leads to results for our customers, and what’s working and not working in your process.

Requirements

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • On Target Earnings: $120,000
  • Stock Options Available
