As a Content Strategist, you will be working side-by-side with the Head of New Business. This position is all about using storytelling to acquire new business. Responsibilities are all new-business focused and include:
− Manage all phases of the proposal deck creation process, collaborating with project managers, technical staff, design, and clients as necessary − Participate in new business calls and meetings and conduct relevant research to inform proposal strategy − Write, edit, and re-write existing proposal sections and other client-facing documents − Develop and refine language in statements of work − Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines − Draft other relevant copy including emails, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts − Create, organize, and maintain proposal content, records, and documentation

Successful candidates have a passion for storytelling − Exceptional ability in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy − Superior organizational, analytical, and time-management skills − Ability to work independently against tight deadlines − Ability to develop and maintain the Investis brand voice − Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and exceptional in PowerPoint − Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is a plus − Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited institution in English, Communication, Marketing, or related field
