Job Description

Kinnek is expanding and looking for an experienced, strategic, and effective Sales Manager to take our sales teams and process to the next level. Our ideal candidate is an talented sales leader with a proven track record of leading B2B sales teams to exceed goals and is excited to build out a team with new headcount, greenfield markets, and massive upside potential. Responsibilities

  • Build a team of high-performing AE’s according to company values and methods
  • Define and optimize our sales process end-to-end, including our methodology, sales incentives, pitch, pipeline management process, tactics, and trainings
  • Provide day-to-day management, inspiration and coaching to maximize performance and level up your teams
  • Develop, manage and optimize a weekly/monthly sales cadence and forecasting process
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategy and targets for sales team
  • Become an expert on our market, our customers, and how we communicate our solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience managing inside sales teams to exceed goals
  • 4+ years experience selling digital products to SMBs; preferably in B2B
  • People driven and empathetic leadership; ability to direct, develop, collaborate, and motivate
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and train strategic selling techniques on sales teams
  • Ability to set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to process and activity
  • Tenacious and action oriented sales leader with a winning spirit and solutions orientation
  • Player-coach style; willing to roll up sleeves and move sales forward directly when necessary
  • Ability to iterate on process, value prop & approach based on customer feedback / patterns
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or CRM savvy in general
