Job Description

With a $20M Series-B led on the premise of scaling our business teams, we’re looking for a world class Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional and true hunter who is looking for massive upside and an opportunity to sell a new product to greenfield markets. This is a great role for sellers who want to be at the cutting edge of a growth-stage startup, to shape our value position for maximum impact, and to play a pivotal role in driving Kinnek’s business forward.


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that ensures over-achievement of goals
  • Drive new sales from prospecting to close using both inbound and outbound processes
  • Identify and prioritize the largest opportunities in our greenfield categories
  • Leverage your sales experience and internal partnerships to shape our value proposition for maximum impact
  • Keep sales tools updated and drive process to constantly improve conversion rates
  • Establish and develop positive partner relationships and seamlessly transition all new sales to our Account Management team


  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience with track record of over-achieving quotas; SaaS experience preferred
  • Results oriented; manages, measures and drives for results and able to handle a high level of activity and follow up
  • Process driven; excellent organizational, planning and execution skills and strong pipeline management skills
  • A fearless mentality and high level of energy and drive to pitch busy suppliers on a new, innovative solution
  • Self sufficient in moving things forward in high-velocity environment
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Passionate about being an impactful team member at an early-stage startup
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools
