Inside Account Executive

Full Time


Kuebix provides a transportation management system (TMS) built on the latest cloud technology that is changing how companies purchase and manage freight. The Kuebix platform is unique in that it it will scale to meet the needs of any size company or supply chain, and is ready in a fraction of the time of other solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Sell our best-in-class service by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, including understanding their pain points and recommending our solution.
  • Formulate, evolve, and execute our strategy to attract and delight experienced Freight/Logistics Mangers.
  • Make 30-50 dials per day – No cold calling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve the quality of our value proposition
  • Hitting sales targets on a daily and weekly basis
  • Logging all sales activity completely and accurately in Salesforce.com
  • Using your natural curiosity, communication skills and ambition to improve your performance and the performance of the team

Requirements

  • 2-5 years closing experience
  • Solution sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
  • Patience, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context
  • Experience running sales cycles from start to finish, from initial outreach to close
  • Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues
  • The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
