Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation of client solutions while consulting clients on how to best implement offerings to meet their unique business needs. Help customers troubleshoot, navigate through and utilize LinkSquares technology in an articulate way over the phone. Assist customers with varied skill levels (from digital natives and digital tourists) to onboard and implement accounts successfully in LinkSquares. Use your resourcefulness to team up with our engineering team to assist customers. Take ownership of technical issues and take our customers' problems, puzzles, bugs etc. through to completion from beginning to end.


Requirements

  • Strong written communications skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proficient in Excel and other file management tools -Well organized -Good with deadlines
