Job Description

This is an exciting time to join us in this role.

Our customers are rapidly pulling us upmarket. 12-months ago, we were focused on 20K - 50K ACV deals.

Now, we are focused on 50K to 250K ACV deals.

As a result, we are designing an Enterprise-focused Sales Development approach and this is where you come in.


Responsibilities

  • You will spend the vast majority of your time recruiting initially. This will be the #1 priority.

  • You will work closely with the Head of Growth to collaborate on how your team and her team can coordinate across Events, Content, and Partnerships to hit the same revenue-focused marketing goals.

  • You will build the culture of this team that falls within our core values but takes into account what is unique about working in Sales Development.


Requirements

  • Experience prospecting Enterprise Accounts first-hand
  • Experience recruiting and managing a team of Enterprise Sales Developers
