Job Description

MarketMan is changing the Vendor-Buyer ecosystem within the food service industry. By providing a cloud based ordering platform that communicates with POS systems, we can offer real time inventory tracking, pricing information, cost control and much more. This Information and automation, that was once restricted to companies with the budget to develop their own SCM systems, is now available in a simple and cost-effective platform.


Responsibilities

  • Onboard all new clients by setting up accounts, communicating with major food vendors, and conducting initial trainings
  • Become an expert in F&B supplier relations and inventory order guides
  • Help to retain existing clients while working towards upsells and referrals
  • Work with both sales and customer success teams to build out new processes
  • Think proactively about creative ways to manage and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Understand the product inside and out in order to articulate our value proposition clearly
  • Actively contribute ideas about and improvements to the platform based on client feedback
  • Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer success, B2B - SaaS or hospitality a plus
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Proven success exceeding goals/quotas/KPIs
  • Native English speaker
  • BA/BS required
  • NYC based
