Job Description

Mighty is on a mission to help millions of injured plaintiffs get a better deal from the civil justice system. Today, our ownership management platform helps legal, medical and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 100,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.


Responsibilities

As one of our early Account Managers, you will be responsible for helping Mighty customers get the most from our software. You will have a dedicated book of accounts and be rewarded for helping grow our revenue with them.

What You'll Do: - Build relationships with existing clients and establish yourself as a trusted advisor - Develop growth plans for clients and prioritize revenue growth opportunities - Collaborate with your sales team to grow Mighty’s business in your region


Requirements

Requirements: - 1-4 years experience in an account management or customer relationship role, preferably at a software company - Proven process driven approach to managing client relationships - Experience maintaining a high standard for client data integrity and pipeline tracking
