Job Description

Moogsoft is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our San Francisco or Denver office. As a Sales Operations Analyst on the Sales team, you will be working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functional areas to help optimize revenue activities.


Responsibilities

  • Point person for Deal Desk related activities including helping sales reps align deal quoting & forecasting, deal closing process, license distribution, and helping guide deals through the internal approval process
  • Own the Sales Stack and other revenue critical technologies including Salesforce.com, DiscoverOrg, MindTickle, Clari, Outreach, etc
  • Prime admin for Salesforce.com (CPQ and Marketo experience a plus)
  • Own performance and productivity reporting
  • Support sales planning process and Board updates with modeling & analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improvements sales and marketing business processes - generate functional requirements documentation
  • Create and drive adoption of new business and system processes for operational efficiency
  • Resolve miscellaneous issues from sales, marketing, and finance
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in a business/system analysis role
  • High Salesforce aptitude (Salesforce Admin Certification preferred)
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree
