Sales Development Manager

Job Description

We are building out our SDR team at Negotiatus and are looking for a strategic leader to maintain and develop a high-performance culture for this team. Reporting into our VP of Sales, you’ll be an integral part of our Sales leadership and provide continuous and constructive mentorship for our SDRs, as well as spearhead recruiting and on-boarding efforts as needed.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Manage the SDRs on objectives and performance achievement • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs • Monitor lead processes and metrics • Ensure the effective use of systems in cooperation with Marketing team • Compile weekly/monthly team reports • Proactively work to improve the outreach cadence • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development, focusing on Opportunity handoff • Conduct weekly forecasts • Remove roadblocks to SDR success


Requirements

Requirements: • You have 2-3 years of experience as an SDR manager • You are highly metrics driven as you will measure the performance of the team • You have experience in start-up environment • You are a Salesforce pro • You’re passionate about training and developing your team’s skills and careers
