Senior Account Executive - New Markets

Job Description
Nestio is the dominant provider of cloud-based software for residential multi-family landlords and brokers to manage their leasing and marketing operations. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who wants to join our team and make an impact on the way real estate marketing and leasing transactions happen.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 8 meetings/week
- Close deals independently
- Able to effectively manage a pipeline to consistently hit or exceed revenue expectations
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly goals to manager and forecast pipeline
- Hit or exceed quota each month
- Able to identify needs and articulate value in a “Solutions” sell - a hybrid between consultative/transactional sales
- Control move deals through pipeline quickly and create urgency
- Close a minimum of 30% of new pipeline each month
- Able to travel 2+ weeks/month
Requirements
Who you are:
- Real Estate experience is preferred but not required
- A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative
- High energy
- A true people person who loves building relationships
- Ability to work independently
- Not afraid to get in front of people
- Resourceful
- Outside sales experience
- 3-5 years
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
- On Target Earnings: $120,000 - $150,000 (Uncapped)
