Senior Account Executive - New Markets

Job Description

Nestio is the dominant provider of cloud-based software for residential multi-family landlords and brokers to manage their leasing and marketing operations. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who wants to join our team and make an impact on the way real estate marketing and leasing transactions happen.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct 8 meetings/week
  • Close deals independently
  • Able to effectively manage a pipeline to consistently hit or exceed revenue expectations
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly goals to manager and forecast pipeline
  • Hit or exceed quota each month
  • Able to identify needs and articulate value in a “Solutions” sell - a hybrid between consultative/transactional sales
  • Control move deals through pipeline quickly and create urgency
  • Close a minimum of 30% of new pipeline each month
  • Able to travel 2+ weeks/month

Requirements

  • Real Estate experience is preferred but not required
  • A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative

  • Not afraid to get in front of people
  • Resourceful
  • Outside sales experience
  • 3-5 years

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
  • On Target Earnings: $120,000 - $150,000 (Uncapped)
