Job Description

The Sales and Account Manager will have an outstanding opportunity to build partnerships and provide leadership and business insight with some of the largest brands in the US. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for working with Client Partners to develop industry-specific marketing relationships. The Account Manager will own and manage an exciting portfolio of clients and focus on driving revenue growth, client education, and satisfaction.


  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while growing successful client relationships from initial contact to point of sale
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team
  • Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and more
  • Work closely with Client Partner(s) to drive critical advertising initiatives through delivery on shared accounts
  • Help drive team strategy and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Identify trends to enhance the customer support process and improve team efficiency


  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-6 years of sales or client-facing experience
  • Passionate about the power of Next Caller for businesses and consumers
  • Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization and/or at external speaker events
  • Experience working directly with top-tier agencies (advertising/digital/media) and/or advertisers is preferable
  • Strong team working skills, ability to adapt to fast-paced environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Prior experience at either Internet or SaaS companies (highly preferred)
