Responsibilities

-Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs -Develop and execute territory / account plans that enable you to exceed quota -Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, qualification, and deal advancement -Manage a sales cycle which clearly addresses customer priorities, demonstrates Onshape differentiators, and overcomes objections -Effectively navigate prospect organizations to build support for change -Work effectively with sales development, sales engineering, and customer success -Maintain accurate and timely activity, customer, pipeline and forecast data in our Salesforce.com CRM system -Evangelize the Onshape vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, trade shows, and executive presentations


Requirements

-7+ years of quota carrying, new Enterprise business experience in CAD and/or SaaS -Mechanical Engineering and CAD experience preferred -Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions -Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment -Bachelor or University Degree
