Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager will recruit, develop, coach, and motivate an elite team of sales professionals! Do you love working in fast-paced environments alongside amazing people? Are you an analytical, process-driven hard worker who can’t sleep when their team isn't hitting their quotas?

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, develop, and performance-manage inside sales professionals Motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success for the sales team Define, measure, and reinforce the best practices in selling and cultural behaviors Develop leadership succession plans


Requirements

3+ years sales experience with 2+ years management experience Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume inside selling environment Maintain a company culture that is consistent with our award-winning work


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
  • On Target Earnings: $125,000 - $130,000 (Uncapped)
  • Equity Options: 0.00% - 0.50%
