Job Description

Pepperi is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our fast-growing North American Team in our New York offices where you can have an impact on the revenue growth and increase our customer base.

Pepperi, is the market leader in field sales force automation and retail execution helping manufacturers and distributers to streamline their B2b sales channel.

We work with some of the world’s leading brands such as Heineken, Seiko, Hallmark, Davidoff, Matsuda, TIGI, Dermalogica, Rip Curl, Guess, and 1200 others, and we are continuously expanding our customer base.

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our sales to Enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be a relentless hunter, and possess a consistent track record of sales achievement. You'll work for a fast-growth, market leading company, and will have a great opportunity to impact the company’s growth.


Responsibilities

  • Quarterbacking deals from start to finish
  • Be a driving force in the success of the company's goals & objectives through achieving & exceeding individual sales quota
  • Build account plans and strategies for each target account
  • Effectively leverage internal resources in Sales Campaigns
  • Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement and Senior Management
  • Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
  • Work closely with marketing to promote qualified lead generation to enterprise customers

Requirements

  • 3 + years' experience selling SaaS solutions to business and IT executives
  • Proven track record of being a top sales performer for multiple successive years
  • Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
  • High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role-model behavior
  • Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
  • Sell value and ROI into C-Level as well as sell into LOB
  • Align Pepperi's solutions with a customer's strategic objectives
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
