Job Description

Generates revenue by closing new sales and upselling existing customers. Responsible for forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.


Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed monthly revenue targets and activity targets.
  • Qualify and develop new customer leads.
  • Initiate outreach to potential clients, run demos and handle all follow up.
  • Uncover and resolve customer objections, and other factors that may obstruct the sale.
  • Record call notes and activities in Salesforce.
  • Adhere to team sales strategy and enforce standard pricing.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer business and motivations for buying our product. Communicate with product team as appropriate to share learnings.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
  • Accurate self-assessment and understanding of skills and areas for improvement. Incorporate feedback and ask for help when needed.
  • Evolve skill set by participating in educational opportunities and advancing personal development goals.
