Greater New York City Area Full Time

Rhino is a faster, easier, and more affordable way to meet move-in requirements. Streamline your renting experience through one platform.

Job Description

Rhino is modernizing one of the oldest industries in the world: real estate. We are a New York City startup passionate about building new products that make renting easier for both landlords and renters. Our first product replaces security deposits, which are annoying for everybody. Rhino is a simple alternative that replaces those upfront costs with a small monthly fee — allowing landlords to feel secure and leaving renters with more money to spend on, well, whatever. We’ve already made thousands of NYC apartments deposit free and are expanding our talented team so we can help more renters hang onto their cash.

– Leverage disciplined research skills and business acumen to source, negotiate and execute new Rhino partnerships – Independently manage outreach and lead generation in New York City market using industry knowledge and contacts – Identify and develop strong relationships with landlords and property managers to develop an understanding of the business needs of individual clients – Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify opportunities within existing partner portfolios to increase engagement – Utilize extensive knowledge of the Rhino product, clients/prospects, industry conditions, and competition to present value propositions to maintain a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals
