Job Description

At RippleMatch, we help entry-level candidates find their dream jobs. Figuring out where to begin a career is a huge decision, but students are often forced to rely on overstretched career services centers and small personal networks when they begin their job search. We have built the first product ever to automate early-career recruiting and career coaching. Our software handles all the heavy lifting that has traditionally gone into recruiting for companies and helps candidates find the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive relationships with Fortune 2000 companies, high growth startups, and other top tier target accounts. You will guide the sale from qualifying calls and product demos through our pilot process and will primarily be focused on closing $50,000+ ACV deals. As the second enterprise account executive we have hired, you will work with our business development team at the top of the funnel and collaborate with our customer success team as the sales cycle progresses. Succeeding in this role involves securing buy-in from multiple high-level decision makers, aligning pain points, and organization, perseverance, and sales ability. The rest of our sales organization is built to help you succeed, and you’ll be responsible for a large percentage of overall growth targets. This position requires excellence, leadership, and focus, and provides an opportunity to play an important role in spearheading our growth.


Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an enterprise sales executive or exceptional track record as a mid market account executive
  • Experience closing $30k+ deals
  • Experience in high growth business environment
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Strong history of quota attainment
  • Desire to work from New York City with some travel

  • Experience closing $100k+ deals
  • Experience selling enterprise HR tech
