We are hiring an account manager to build deep customer relationships, synthesize customer feedback for our product team, and leverage our technology to deliver the right candidates to our customers each week. You will also onboard new customers, work closely with our account executives, and negotiate renewals. You will be responsible for numerous high-value relationships and will be expected to handle everything related to customer happiness. This position reports directly to our CEO.
