Account Executive

Job Description

Our software helps entry-level candidates find their dream job. We collect data from candidates across the country and then blend marketing, matching and machine learning to deliver the right candidates to the right companies. In the two years since we founded RippleMatch from our college dorm room, we have taken off on college campuses, raised around $5 million in venture funding, and brought on some of the most exciting companies in the country as customers. Our tight-knit team works hard, celebrates wins, and cares deeply about changing the way finding a job works. We are going to fundamentally transform the hiring landscape and won't settle for anything less.


Responsibilities

We are hiring an account executive to build deep customer relationships, set up pilots, and close new business. We expect to applicants to have 2+ years of sales experience and a track record of strong performance. You will handle the full cycle from prospecting to closing, and will also work with our BDR team to maximize the number of qualified opportunities in your pipeline. Many of your closes will come in person. You will be a leader in our sales organization and will spearhead $50,000+ accounts. You will be expected to work alongside our founders and expectations will be high, but you will be surrounded by a team that is hugely invested in your success.
