Customer Success Manager
Ripple allows employers to find, target, and hire the students they want most at a fraction of the cost of the traditional model. Ripple was founded in a Yale dorm in the fall of 2015 by Andrew Myers and Eric Ho. Today we are headquartered in New York City and operate on campuses across the nation. By making active recruiting effective and affordable, we hope to help students, improve companies, and make college recruiting better for everyone involved.
We are hiring a customer success manager to implement customer feedback, make sure our customers are getting the right candidates, and provide support for our account managers. You will work closely with our account managers to assist with onboardings and help ensure our customers get a special experience on RippleMatch.
