Associate General Manager
Ritual is a social ordering app that taps networks of co-workers and colleagues for fast and easy pick up and pay at a wide variety of local restaurants and coffee shops. With Ritual, users can mobile order and pay at all their favorite local eateries and coffee shops and have it ready to pick up when they arrive. By also uniquely giving friends and colleagues the ability to add their own food orders onto an existing order, Ritual gives customers the choice of either picking up themselves or having their food brought right to their desk. This ‘social ordering’ saves customers time and drives incremental orders for merchants. The best and busiest quick service restaurants and coffee shops in major cities across North America are using Ritual to give them a competitive, technological edge, driving profitability, and a more personalized way to connect with their customers.
As the AGM, you are the chief executive of your market, ultimately responsible for operations, customer and merchant experience, and the growth of our business in one of the major cities globally. This means that local partnerships, marketing, service quality management, social media & PR are all in scope and the AGM has a deep understanding of the local market.
The AGM will also work closely with product/engineering to roll out new features & improvements. • Lead the team in growing revenue and order volume • Manage the market P&L • Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns • Manage deployment and quality of supply (i.e. coffee & restaurant partners) • Represent Ritual at local events and with local PR • Analyze business data to assess performance of growth campaigns & user engagement • Work with product/engineering teams at HQ to improve product & processes • Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices
