Job Description

As an Account Executive at Rocketrip you will be responsible for generating new business across domestic and international markets. Applicants should have proven their ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have an understanding of technology products.


Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing to build a sales pipeline
  • Exceed sales goals and execute strategies to win new accounts
  • Interact with senior Finance and Human Resources executives
  • Generate new leads and expand the Rocketrip customer base
  • Negotiate account terms and see accounts through execution
  • Grow revenue and account penetration
  • Demonstrate Rocketrip’s value through live web demos, phone calls, and in-person presentations
  • Implement a consultative sales approach to build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of sales/account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to take a “jack-of-all-trades” mentality, handle multiple opportunities and manage a wide range of projects simultaneously
  • Remain poised under pressure and follow through on tasks
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing a high volume of opportunities Bonus:
  • MBA degree
  • Experience with Salesforce, and other relevant technologies
  • Previous work experience selling software or SaaS products

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
  • On Target Earnings: $180,000 - $200,000 (Uncapped)
  • Stock Options Available
