Job Description

ROI Solutions is looking for their next best administrative assistant. It is basic administrative duties responsibilities are as follows:


Responsibilities

  • Greeting people at the front desk.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Filling out employee information requests.
  • Completing new hire paperwork.
  • Ordering office supplies, making store runs.
  • Setting up interviews for campaign supervisors.

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Can work independently; doesn't need a lot of direction.
  • Can be patient with employee requests and complaints.
  • Efficient; can complete reports and reply to information requests in a timely manner.
  • Able to work in a faced paced environment.
